MEDICAL CONSENT FORM: All Friars Sports Campers must have a completed medical consent form in order to participate in the camp. This form can be found on your camp family dashboard under "forms." It is a web-based form that can get filled out and submitted. Nothing needs to be printed and emailed or handed in physically. This form is due by the first day the camp begins. CACNELLATION POLICY: Bookings can be canceled and refunded up until the start of the first day of camp. No cancellations/refunds will be made after the start of the first day of camp. Additionally, fees are never prorated based on the number of days of attendance.
CASH MEAL CARD is $45.00 per week. You can add lunch/dinner as an enrollment option when registering for any sports camp. You may also pay cash daily for lunch, snacks and drinks. Menu options include standard school cafeteria fare (sandwiches, salads, pizza, chicken fingers, etc). Gluten free options are available.
WEATHER: All camps run, rain or shine. We have an indoor air conditioned athletic center and gym.
ATHLETIC FACILITIES include two indoor basketball courts; 2 outdoor soccer/football/lacrosse turf fields, 2 baseball/softball fields, 2 Mondo tracks, and an air conditioned Student Center w/ a 75-yard turf.
COACHING STAFF is subject to change without notice.
MEDICAL STAFF includes a full-time Registered Nurse and Certified Trainers from Provident Physical Therapy.
TRANSPORTATION must be provided by parent/guardian.
