This camp will focus on the fundamentals of ball handling, passing, shooting and rebounding, as well as offensive and defensive principles.

Small group instruction will be led by the varsity cheer coaches as well as present and former SA cheerleaders. Campers will learn through instructional classes in sidelines, cheers, jumps, dances, and stunting.

This camp is open to all ability levels, from beginner to advanced. Emphasis will be given to stick work, offensive and defensive techniques as well as dodging, shooting, and goalie play.

The staff of high school coaches and college players will instruct campers on all facets of the game including: hitting, fielding, pitching, and team play.

This is a 4-week athletic training program meant to prepare athletes for high school sports. Running, jumping, stretching exercises will be stressed with plenty of competition. All skill levels welcome!

The St. Anthony's Bowling Camp provides an opportunity for bowlers of all experience levels to refine their skills and techniques. We provide an environment that creates both a fun and competitive atmosphere while also providing technical instruction to bowlers looking to grow their game. We will focus on building good fundamentals while also participating in a variety of different activities, including spare practice and mini tournaments. Come join us!
