Isha Moorjani is a rising senior at The Harker School in San Jose, California, and she is the Social Media Subcommittee Lead for the 2022-23 Network for Neurodiversity Education and Advocacy (NNEA) Core Committee at Stanford. She loves working with the other committee members to promote neurodiversity awareness, and she also attended SNP-REACH in the summer of 2021, where she worked with her teammates to create a childrens’ book about embracing neurodiversity. Isha believes in the importance of spreading more awareness of neurodiversity and making our communities and education systems more inclusive for neurodiverse individuals. She hopes to make change in schools through workshops for teachers and students, as well as through providing resources on neurodiversity.

Isabella Fortson is a rising Junior at Xavier College Prep in Palm Desert, California. Isabella has been an avid participant in the neurodiverse community from birth, due to her older brother who is on the Autism Spectrum. Isabella is a member of the Social Media NNEA sub-committee as well as a student in the 2022 SNP Reach Program. By working with these programs Isabella hopes to educate citizens within her community on the Neurodiversity Movement. In addition, through NNEA social media projects she is aiming to spread awareness to a greater viewer base and a more diverse range of people. In her free time Isabella enjoys expressing herself through art and playing tennis with her varsity team.

Anshul is a high-school senior in the Bay Area interested in human-computer interaction and its application in the intersection between neurodiversity and technology. He is a research intern at Stanford Neurodiversity Project’s Fung Lab and social media member of the NNEA Core Committe. Beyond SNP, he leads AUesome (auesome.co), where he provides therapy resources to children with autism, MusicMinds, where he develops music therapy tools for neurodiverse individuals, and To The Limit, a math tutoring organization for neurotypical and neurodivergent students. He volunteers at Friends of Children with Special Needs and Best Buddies. Anshul hopes to continue expanding and weaving his interests between these various fields while advocating for neurodiversity in his local community and beyond.

Sudeepthi Ravipati is a junior at Saint Francis High School in California. Wanting to expand on her interest in neuroscience, she attended the SNP-Reach 2022 program over the summer. As a co-founder of the mind, body, and spirit club at her school, wellness and understanding the minds has always been a profound interest of hers. She loves to explore the intersection of art and science as well as give back to the community through volunteering. In her spare time, she loves cooking, listening to music, and meeting new people.

Emma Miller is a senior at Harvard-Westlake High School in Studio City, California. She serves as a member on the NNEA social media sub-committee. She also volunteers as a research assistant and behavioral coach through the UCLA PEERS program and is a member of the Best Buddies Club at her school. Both of these organizations help neurodiverse children build essential skills to make and keep friendships. Beyond her passion for neurodiversity advocacy, she enjoys baking, dancing, and all things science.

Lily Jiang is a senior at Mission San Jose High School in Fremont, California. She attended SNP-REACH 2022 and now serves on the NNEA Core Committee’s Social Media team. Lily’s passion for neurodiversity stemmed from working with children on the Autism Spectrum in a Traditional Chinese medicine clinic. She is an advocate for holistic medicine, especially after seeing many neurodivergent friends suffer from drug withdrawal and side effects. Lily has also tutored neurodivergent students and promotes diversity through art and as an active member of the Baha’i community. In her free time, she loves watching movies, reading, cooking, making art, and hiking with friends.

Jolene Tien is a rising junior attending Prospect High School in California. She attended the SNP-REACH 2022 program during the summer, and will be on the NNEA Core Committee on the social media team. She loves to work with kids, and currently works at a local primary school working with elementary aged students. Though her interest in psychology stemmed from when she was young, her interest grew as she started working with younger students. Because of her interactions with younger students, her increased interest in child psychology gradually shifted to neurodiversity. In her spare time, Jolene likes to dance, enjoy music, cook, play on the cello, and hang out with her friends.
