How are monthly payments calculated?
To calculate the monthly amount, we spread Stagecoach fees over the course of a year. One year in Main Stages = 3 terms, so the termly fee is multiplied by 3, and this sum is divided by 12. An admin fee of £1 per payment is added.
Tap here to pay your termly fees by card. Please use the email address you signed up to Stagecoach with, otherwise our payment system may not match your payment to your registered details.
NB - please only use this link to pay Stagecoach fees. This links directly to our fee payment system and is not valid for uniform or any other payments. To pay for uniform by card, please email Patrick for a payment link.
Direct Debit is a monthly payment, taken all year round (even when Stagecoach is not running).
Please ensure you are familiar with the Monthly Payments T&Cs before committing to Direct Debit
Once you have completed the DD mandate, we will process your information and set you up on the relevant plan. Main Stages payments are £91/month and Early Stages £46/month. These are taken on the 5th of each month (if you'd like to use a different date, contact Principal Patrick).
You may be required to make a one off top-up payment before your first instalment is taken.
We use a company called GoCardless to process our Direct Debit Payments.

WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?
Fees can be paid by Bank Transfer or Standing Order (these are our preferred options), Direct Debit, Cash, or using Childcare Payment schemes such as Tax-Free Childcare, Childcare Vouchers or the Childcare Grant (see below for more information).
CAN I USE TAX-FREE CHILDCARE / CHILDCARE VOUCHERS FOR UNIFORM?
Unfortunately not. The Childcare payment schemes can only be used for time that the child actually spends at our school. Uniform payments should be made by bank transfer, cash or card.
HOW DO WE LET YOU KNOW THAT WE'RE LEAVING STAGECOACH?
Advance notice must be given for leaving students, as we have waiting lists in most age groups. We finalise our registers well in advance - this allows us to prioritise current students, whilst ensuring that new students get a place.
If a student is leaving, we must be informed by the last day of term. Any later than this, and 50% fees in lieu will be payable towards the following term.
Once we've received notice for a student, any outstanding payments should be settled. Please contact your Principal for details of what is due on your account in this case. If there is a credit on your account, a refund will be arranged.
