Giving Notice to leave Stagecoach
* Please give polite notice by the last day of the current term *
Thinking of leaving Stagecoach? We'll be sad to see your child go, but we of course understand that plans change and sometimes children just want to try something different. You must let us know by the last day of the current term if they're not coming back next term.
Please let us know by email at westonsupermare@stagecoach.co.uk
* Students are automatically re-enrolled if we haven't received notice *
Be aware that on the last day of the current term, we roll our registers over and allocate current students a place for the next term.
This ensures that all current students have priority. We have waiting lists in most groups, so to avoid someone else being able to take a current student's place, this is the fairest way of doing it.
* What if we haven't given notice? *
In this case, fees in lieu equating to 50% of the term's fees will be charged, regardless of attendance.
This can be used as credit on your account, should your child decide to re-join at any point.
* What if we're unsure whether our child will be returning? Can we decide later? *
If you're unsure or have doubts that your child might not come back, we'd recommend giving notice anyway.
Fees in lieu are always charged, so to avoid the situation occurring where you're paying for classes your child is not attending, it's always best to give polite notice so that we're aware.
The reason we ask for notice in advance is so that we can compile our registers ahead of time, and offer places to students on our waiting list.
We strictly cap the amount of numbers in our classes, so this allows us to ensure our classes are full, and that we are giving opportunities to all students that want to join us.
* What happens if we're paying monthly? *
When you give notice we'll check the balance on your account, and either give you a final bill if you owe anything - or we'll refund any credit you have on your account if you're ahead with payments.
