Description of job shadowing: 

I help families invest so that they can retire and enjoy their retirement years without having to worry about money.  This involves many things, some of which are learning about stocks, bonds, mutual funds, annuities and more.  I will walk you through a typical "first time" client appointment and how those conversations flow.  This will also include how we decide how much they need to be saving, are they saving too much or too little, how risky do they want to be with their investments and how much time they have to do this all in.  From there you will learn from my assistant what we need and how we set those accounts up on the system and how we monitor the progress.  You will also see what it's like to run your own business, from hiring the right people, to advertising in the right places and more.  It is a lot of sitting and listening, but you will be able to see how a Financial Advisor can change someone's life for the better and give them stress-free retirement years.
