Dear Parents and Carers,

It was wonderful to come back after the Christmas holidays and see you all. Since we have been back we have had our Citizenship Focus weeks and throughout this newsletter you will see some of the activities and events that have been taking place. As always it has been a busy few weeks, so we hope that this newsletter highlights some of the learning your children have been doing.

It was wonderful to see so many of you at our Curriculum Evening recently, where we looked more closely at what each year group will be learning this year and how you can help at home. If you were unable to join us, you can look at the presentations for each year group on our website - click here. They have also been sent out on School PING.

We have more workshops for parents planned this term, take a look at what we are offering on the document below.

Caritas in Action

Charity is at the heart of The School Council - Visiting our Neighbours

The School Council visits the Nuns in the convent as part of their Citizenship Week activities. The children wanted to visit the elderly and planned some activities for them. The School Council are always looking at ways to help others, show they are good citizens and to make others happy! They read stories, made origami games, and also took some of their home made cakes and sweet treats.

6 O'clock Club

The darker, cooler nights don't stop us from having fun at 6 o'clock club.

Impromptu music sessions, a game of pool, puzzles and building.
