The London Eye  - we visited London and went on the London Eye. We spotted so many landmarks and buildings from the view at the top! 

Sports Day 

Art - Year 4 have been looking at mythical creatures from Ghana. We’ve sketched the evil Asanbosam that stalks the jungles of west Africa and made up our own mythical creatures based on emotions. We’ve presented these on a background based on traditional Ghanaian prints. We’ve also studied the goldsmithery of the Ashanti people. Throughout history the Ashanti have made wonderful jewelry and sculpture from the rich gold deposits in Ghana. In homage of this, we’ve created golden headdresses of Anasi the Spider using papier mache as well as other materials. 

Science - Year 4 enjoyed our trip to the Science museum where we got to watch a fantastic 3D film exploring space. The children also loved exploring the interactive games and activities in the museum.
