Our Physical education is very hands on at SST discovery, we aren't your old school PE where the coach would just roll a cart of balls out and say "go have fun". We utilize ideas from our students and industry leaders to help shape our class to give our students the best PE experience they can have. We introduce our students to circuit and interval workouts, the history of sports, and teaching them the basic skills to those sports by playing fun and challenging games.
