Activate Learning
The teacher may motivate the students as they move closer to completing the report.
Promote thinking and discussion
Get the students to discuss in their groups how would they write the final report.
The final report is organised into the following major sections:
(a) Title and names
(b) Introduction
(c) Methods
(d) Results
(e) Discussion
(f) Conclusions
(g) References
(h) Bibliography
(i) Acknowledgements
The challenge for students is to be able to compile their lengthy "reports" neatly and correctly. The general guide is that the report should be between 3000 to 4000 words.
Facilitate Demonstration of Learning
Students will post their materials into the research report.
Monitor and provide feedback
Your teacher will check on your draft report after lesson 25 and give you feedback about any issues related to your research from lesson 26 onwards.
Submit your draft research report to your TEACHER for feedback.
