I believe that everybody needs a second chance.

When I was younger, it was hard for me to control my strength for my age. I hurt the people I cared about. One time when I had my friend over we got into an argument. He started to push me a little and I escalated the situation more than I had too. We got into a fight. It ended with him crying with a chipped tooth. I felt so bad that I ended up crying too. But he trusted me enough to give me a second chance. Now we see each other at least once a week. And he's been my best friend ever since.

He is one of the few people that trusted me enough to give me a second chance. And without him I don't think I would be the same person I am today.

I lost my temper and lashed out at anyone near me. The amount of people that were scared of me was insane. Second chances give someone who has made a mistake the chance to fix themselves. Think of how many times youve made a mistake and lost someone or something because of that mistake. If someone did something that they can show genuine regret then they deserve one more chance.Without second chances so many people would be alone in this world. With no one to care for them. No one that needs them. I don't think I want to live in a world like that. The amount of people that wouldnt have anything would be too much for the world to handle. Think of some of your favorite public figures. They have all done something bad. Think of people that have messed up in your life. They all need second chances to persevere.
