What you need to do:
Click the button to the left to force a copy of the HYIS Planning Document.
Rename the doc using this template: [Last name] HYIS Planning Document.
Update sharing permissions to "anyone with the link can view."
Use guiding questions to enter the PLAN and DO for an upcoming short cycle of learning. Consider what HYIS you will implement.
Add your Instructional Coach as an EDITOR to the document and share it with them.

Upon completion of the form you will receive your Kickup Code

Implement your short cycle and HYIS with students. Be sure to continue to track and document student data as you normally would.
Step 5: Coaching follow-Up
Step 5: Coaching follow-Up
Following implementation of your plan, your coach will schedule a walkthrough to review your short cycle data, discuss the efficacy of the chosen HYIS, and what instructional next steps might be.
