Please look over the "Purchasing Guidelines" page of this website before making any purchases. Any materials or supplies available through Bookmart must be purchased from Bookmart.
Non-Consumable and Consumable Items - All items purchased through Springs must be returned to Springs once you are done using them. Only items in Bookmart labelled "Consumable" can be kept. All school supplies, workbooks, manipulatives etc. purchased through an outside vendor are considered consumable. If you are unsure whether the item needs to be returned, look in Bookmart or ask your ES.
Lending Center (in Bookmart) - Here you will find lots of resources you can check out for free. Each student is allowed to check out 10 items at a time. It will be delivered to your home directly. These Lending Center items need to be returned to the school at the end of the year.
Bookmart/Marketplace - remember that coupon codes are now found in your students' Bookmart account. River Springs and Empire Springs students receive a $500 coupon code which can be used on curriculum, online programs, tech items, field trips and learning center classes in Bookmart.
A few things to note:
Login to Bookmart is now accessed in Marketplace which is a tile on MySprings. Navigate to my.springscs.org and log into your MySprings account. Click on the Marketplace Tile .
Coupon Codes are embedded in Bookmart and are already loaded for each student. The system even shows the remaining coupon balance!
Please keep in mind that the Bookmart Coupon CANNOT be used toward shipping fees so you must have enough instructional funding (IF) to cover that portion of the cost.
Consider shipping and tax fees when placing your orders. Better to round higher than lower to be safe.
Form to Request Material/Curriculum (link) - use this form to request any material you could not find in Bookmart. Material from outside vendors are placed by the ES. Email me to let me know you filled out a form so I can follow up on your order.
Only BASIC educational supplies may be ordered. If items ordered have a basic version available, it will be adjusted to that item so please keep that in mind (ex. fancy notebooks, character themed pencils, etc.). The quantity needs to be reasonable for the school year as well or it will be adjusted to a smaller quantity.
There is a $400 limit for consumables for the year. This includes art/school/office supplies and kits etc. This amount can be found in your Marketplace account along with how much available funding you have and how much Bookmart/Marketplace coupon credit you have left. Please check this before placing any orders.
Springs Vendor Directory in Marketplace(link) - Orders can only be placed from a Springs approved vendor. Log into your My Springs account and click this link and then search by name, description, or city to see which vendors are approved by Springs. In Marketplace, you will see "Vendor Directory" in the left-hand column.
When orders are shipped to you, take a photo of every page of your itemized packing slip and email them to me as soon as you receive the shipment so that I can mark those items as "Received" in the system. Make sure you check to make sure those items were actually included in the shipment before this so we know if any items are missing and need to be requested!
