Welcome to Springfield Sport 2020!!

We wish all of our girls a wonderful year of sporting activity filled with good sportsmanship, fun and friendship as well as a keen sense of competitiveness and a willingness to go the extra mile for their team and School! We will be utilising the notice boards outside the Sports Office for all notices, timetables and announcements so all girls need to ensure that they check these boards regularly. We will also be making use of the D6 communicator to send out timetables, information and alerts. Please note that there is no extra-mural sport on Wednesday 15th January 2020 due to early closing. The Summer Sports Season commences on Thursday 16 January 2020. Please check the Term One 2020 extra mural timetable for details of practices and matches which can be found at the end of this newsletter. NB! We have friendly Water-polo matches scheduled for this Friday 17th January 2020 at Westerford which will kick-start the Water-polo season. Kindly note the following fixture times: 15:00 Under 14 15:30 Under 16 A 16:10 1st Team As the new Head of Sport at Springfield Convent Senior School I look forward to meeting all our girls and to supporting them in their sporting journey this year.
