Diving
On Saturday Springfield hosted a diving competition against Wynberg Girls' High School. In the senior section Sophie Hartgers was placed 1st and Jemima Hindmarch 4th. The junior section was won convincingly by Jayde Jagger with Olivia Gomes and Anna Meager following in 2nd and 3rd place respectively.
The combined team effort of all our 17 of divers put Springfield on 68 points and Wynberg on 46 points. Congratulations to all those who dived on Saturday

1st Team against Herschel: Lost 4 – 2
2nd Team against St Cyprians: Lost 3 - 1
The 1st team won both of their doubles matches with some excellent play from both pairs.
Well done to Ali Cotterell in the 2nd team on winning her Singles match in style. Matches were closely contested and spectators were treated to exciting tennis.
