LOYALTY 101 - PROGRAM OVERVIEW
Members earn points for each purchase, in-store or with SpitzOnline (1 pt for every $2 spent)
Members can exchange points for rewards (ex: 25 points for a free pita)
Members choose which rewards they'd like to "cash in" points for online (SpitzOnline or Spitz App).
Once they've enabled or "cashed in" for a reward online, they can redeem online or in-store.
Members can receive targeted offers tailored to their behavior or a locations specific goals.
Discount for lapsed customers who haven't visted in 90 days
Store specific promotions as requested.

The very basics on how to access the Loyalty program and redeem rewards at the register
LOYALTY PROMPT 101
The "Loyalty Prompt" reminds cashiers to ask guests if they are members of the Loyalty Program by requiring them to make a selection from the "Loyalty Prompt" menu
IF THE GUEST IS A MEMBER
Remember, selecting yes from the prompt doesn't actually check them into the loyalty program! You still need to go to Rewards -> Lookup Customer
IF THE GUEST IS NOT A MEMBER
WE CAN SIGN THEM UP FROM THE REGISTER! Obviously, if they don't want to sign up, just hit "No" and proceed. But if they do, instructions below!
