Calendly is a simple software that syncs with your google calendar to make scheduling interviews easier.

Interviewees can book an interview time that works for them but based on your availability. 

It's quick to set up and prevents you from spending a bunch of time going back and forth to find times that work for you both, or double booking yourself unintentionally.
