The Medical Free Clinic provides medical services for the uninsured and underinsured who have acute health needs. The clinic meets on the second Tuesday of each month at the First Christian Church in Estherville. Check-in is between 5:30 and 6:15 p.m. There are no appointments. While the clinic is located in Estherville, it provides services to anyone who has need. For more information, stop by the clinic or call 712-209-1213.

Seasons provides a safe, confidential setting where your child can get the care they need to succeed. Our children's services include specialty care for children ages 0-21 who have experienced abuse, neglect, bullying, grief, loss, divorce of parents, parental substance abuse, or who have development conditions such as a spectrum disorder, to name a few conditions. 

Adolescent substance use disorder, consultation, education, outpatient counseling & therapy, school based services, specialized family services, Camp Autumn, emergency & crisis, outpatient psychiatry, specialty support, and trauma therapy.

Rosecrance Jackson Centers Spencer offers in-person and virtual outpatient substance use and mental health treatment services in the greater Clay County area for teens, adults, and families.

Spencer levels of care and support include behavioral health screenings, individual therapy, group therapy, medication treatment, family education and support, prevention education, DUI classes, and alumni support.
