Provides preschool children of low income families a comprehensive, family-centered, child development program to meet their educational, emotional, social, health, nutritional and psychological needs.
Wrap Around Child Care, a year-round, before and after school childcare program is available in Emmetsburg, Sibley, Spencer and Storm Lake for families who are working 28+ hours a week or are in school/training full-time.
LSI’s Family Development and Self-Sufficiency program is here to help you plan your journey, providing the tools, resources, and support to encourage your success. Earn a college degree, family budgeting, explore a new career, build parenting skills etc.

This program supports and educates Iowa youth and teenagers. We lift up students to build skills and provide the sexual health and pregnancy prevention education needed for healthy and successful relationships with partners, family, and friends. This program is provided to students in a group session, held at their community school.
