For the Academic Year 2021-2022, Dr. Charina Villena launched the First Batch of the Bulilit and Teen Healthworkers Program with South Mansfield College as the first partner school and officially inaugrating 1 certified Bulilit and 15 certified teen health workers
In 2023, the second batch of the young health workers arrived from Christ the King School of Muntinlupa, with 6 certified Bulilit Health Workers.
In 2024, The third batch included 4 certified Bulilit from the Medical Center Muntinlupa Department of Pediatrics Adoptive Community, 8 certified Bulilit from Putatan Elementary School, and 16 certified Teen Health Workers once again from South Mansfield College.
In 2023, the second batch of the young healthworkers arrived from Christ the King School of Muntinlupa, with 6 certified Bulilit Health Workers.
