MCMS hosted a vibrant and successful Christmas Outreach Program dedicated to 50 children with disabilities (including those with cerebral palsy, autism, ADHD, Down syndrome, and sensory impairments). In a powerful display of community spirit, the event was made possible through a collaboration with Person with Disability Affairs Office (PDAO) Muntinlupa and a generous network of partners.

The Muntinlupa City Medical Society (MCMS), in partnership with South Mansfield College Bulilit and Teen Health Workers and the Aglipayan Youth Fellowship, Alabang Chapter, conducted a community outreach activity focused on promoting children’s health and wellness. During the event, MCMS distributed free multivitamins and anti-helminthic medication to children in the community. The initiative aimed to support proper nutrition and help prevent parasitic infections, reflecting the groups’ shared commitment to improving community health.

Doctors from The Muntinlupa City Medical Society (MCMS) together with volunteers from the South Mansfield College Bulilit and Teen Health and the Rotaract Muntinlupa - Inspiring Future Builders rendered a FREE medical consultation, provided Vitamin A supplementation and distributed essential medicines to 95 children and youth aged 3 to 27 years old. The beneficiaries came from four orphanages in Muntinlupa, Bahay Pag-asa, Social Development Center, OASI, and SOS Children’s Village. This outreach activity aimed to support the health and well-being of children and young residents by ensuring access to basic medical care and necessary health supplements.

The Muntinlupa City Medical Society (MCMS), together with our Bulilit and Teen Health workers from South Mansfield College and Christ the King School of Muntinlupa, donated one weighing scale, two trash bins for PET bottles and tin cans, water containers for residual waste, and boxes for paper waste to Tunasan Elementary School, represented by Principal Jennifer Joson. The Division Head of the Solid Waste Management Office, Mr. Vincent Alon, also delivered a lecture on proper waste segregation.

The Medical Mission, together with Our Lady of the Abandoned Parish through the Kalinga ng Mahal na Inang Mapag-ampon, provided FREE medical consultations with doctors from the Muntinlupa City Medical Society (MCMS). A total of 177 patients were examined, including 99 adults, 69 pediatric patients, and 9 OB patients. The City Health Office Reproductive and Family Planning Clinic, headed by Dr. Angelica Arciaga, MCMS Committee Chair for Social Services and Community Program, also provided FREE Cervical Cancer Screening. Vitamin A supplementation was given to all pediatric patients who had not received Vitamin A in the past six months.

Muntinlupa City Medical Society (MCMS) in partnership with the City Health Office Palliative Care Services Division, South Mansfield College Teen health workers and partner pharmaceutical companies, rendered special health services to 40 in-patients and staff of Bahay Kanlungan, an elderly home care institution located at Victoria Homes, Barangay Tunasan, Muntinlupa City. Services provided included FREE fasting blood sugar and uric acid testing, foot screening for diabetic neuropathy, ECG, and medical consultations, aimed at promoting early detection and better management of common health conditions among the elderly.

The Muntinlupa City Medical Society (MCMS), together with the Bulilit and Teen Health Workers from Putatan Elementary School, the Department of Pediatrics of Medical Center Muntinlupa, South Mansfield College, and the Persons with Disability Affairs Office (PDAO), organized a special Christmas program for 50 children with disabilities (PWDs) held at Ayala South Park, Alabang. The event aimed to spread holiday joy and create a meaningful celebration through fun activities, gifts, and community support for the children and their families.
