National Human Resources Competition

The Employee Handbook was written by Landon Bennett (CHRO) for the National HR competition. Completed with sexual harassment policies, DEI policies, employee expectation, dress codes, and payroll, the inner workings were brought into light for all people to see. It was a great document for all employees to see. After strenuous months of working with documents, researching NYS sexual harassment laws, and getting a certification of all employees understanding the rules and regulations, the Human Resources department submitted its HR video, with a 4.8/5 rating, and headed to nationals. Sadly, they didn't not advance to the championship round, but is super excited for the opportunities the department received!
