Design For Delight Competition

On November 18, 2021, Nick Cartselos (Sales & Marketing Associate), Katie Russell (CEO), and Ryan Palumbo (COO), participated in the national "Design for Delight" Virtual Enterprises competition. Design for delight includes deep customer empathy, going broad to narrow, and rapid experimentation. The three delivered their five-minute presentation live via Zoom to a panel of judges from VE International and Intuit, the sponsoring company. At the end of the presentation, the team held a Q&A where they had to answer questions on the spot. Thanks to many practice rounds and feedback from their fellow employees and faculty guests, our team was extremely well prepared. With their hard work, these members of the Doze team placed in the top 20 firms across the United States!
