In 1974, Southington High School opened its doors at 720 Pleasant Street. Over the last 50 years, generations of young people have engaged in a wide variety of learning experiences. As our students grew, so did our school. The building has undergone numerous expansions over the years. We look back with pride over a half century of memories.

We share about the physical aspects of the building and how SHS has improved its building and grounds over the years. We highlight things like additions to the building including the Freshmen Wing, Agricultural Science Building and Art Wing.
