Located in Owego, NY, the Canawanna Nature Preserve is a small property in the southwest corner of town next to the confluence of the Susquehanna River and Owego Creek. Once a neighborhood, the houses were lost during the massive 2011 flood. The Owego Rotary Club now operates the property as a Nature Preserve. It offers public access. Our properties were generously donated by Adam Weitsman and are mixed in with those owned by the Town of Owego.
