January 13, 2025 - The STLC announces its first land acquisition at the Canawanna Nature Preserve in Owego, NY. 

June 15, 2024 - Sean Cummings (Environment Program Lead, Cornell Cooperative Extension), JoAnne Lettis (Treasurer, Susquehanna Group of the Sierra Club), and Jeremy Waddell (Wetland Biologist at Upper Susquehanna Coalition (USC) are now board members of the STLC. 

May 1, 2023 -- The STLC board is growing. We are pleased to announce that Broome County Legislator (District 11) Susan Ryan and Dodie Jones have joined our Board of Directors. 

December 24, 2022  -- We are excited to announce that Laura Biasillo has joined the STLC board of directors. Laura is the Agricultural Economic Development Specialist with the Broome County Cornell Cooperative Extension. Her experience working with the agricultural needs of our community significantly adds to our efforts!
