During this time of emergency school closure,
please use this website as a location to find your
Physical Therapy (PT) Distance Learning programs.
As well as additional resources.
Please continue to follow your child's current Physical Therapy frequency during the week, for example 1 time per week for 30 minutes. If you are unsure of your child's frequency--please do not hesitate to email me at ekelly@southbergenjointure.org.

Previously shared Distance Learning Packets, for reference
Warm up, Goal Activity, and Cool Down options so you can supplement your physical therapy work from your weekly packet. (Please see below directions for use of these supplemental activities)
Warm ups: Please select 1 or 2 and perform them for ~5 minutes.
Goal Activity: Please select a goal activity that aligns with your child's current IEP goals( If you have questions, please email me)
Pick 1-2 goal activities and perform them for ~20 minutes.
Cool Down: Please select one and perform for ~5 minutes at the end.
