Admissions Officers

TIME

  • Our fair will take place from 3:30 - 5:30 pm.
  • University representatives will be welcome to arrive on campus after 2 pm, and we will have a hospitality room available for luggage, relaxing, wifi, etc.

DINNER

  • There will be an informal dinner for admission officers and local counselors after the fair (6 - 7pm) at SOIS. All are welcome! If you have not yet, please take a minute to complete the Dinner RSVP.

MAILING/BROCHURES/INQUIRY CARDS

  • Yes, you can ship prospectuses in advance. That being said, please note that we are working hard to make this fair as environmentally-friendly as possible. Universities' handouts and brochures will not be stored after the event and all remaining items will be recycled.
  • Universities are strongly encouraged to bring a laptop or tablet or other screen to place on their tables to share photos or visuals of their campuses in lieu of shipping prospectuses.
  • We will be having all student/parent attendees complete an electronic inquiry card as well to limit paper. We will provide representatives digital access to that information following the fair.
  • If you would like to send materials, please use the following address:

Senri International School of Kwansei Gakuin -or- Osaka International School of Kwansei Gakuin

4-4-16 Onohara Nishi, Minoh-Shi, Osaka, 562-0032, Japan

ATTENTION: Business Office - KRUF

ALUMNI

  • Ideally, universities should be represented by experienced admission/recruitment officers. We do understand, however, that being in two places is impossible and, thus, some universities will send alumni representatives. This is acceptable; we only request that alumni come prepared with contact information and ideally trained to answer questions appropriately.

STUDENTS ATTENDING THE EVENT

  • SOIS students are diverse and our student body represents 40+ countries. Some of our biggest populations are Japanese, Korean, American, Canadian and Indian, but we also have students from Taiwan, Hong Kong, Mexico, the Philippines, and many more countries.
