YOUTH CAMP: 

Tuesday, May 27th - Friday, May 30th 

Our goal is to challenge/ enhance the fundamental skills and love of basketball and SMS Athletics. Our basketball camp offers solid fundamental skill development in a fun, highly-structured, motivating environment where each camper can gain confidence through hard work. Each camper will receive a Raider Athletics Shirt. Scholarships available upon request. Please contact Coach Western at the email above with questions.

YOUTH BASKETBALL SESSION DESCRIPTIONS:

• Combo Volleyball and Basketball Camp
  This camp is for campers going into 2nd through 5th grade in the Fall of 2025. It is designed to introduce and enhance athletes to the fundamentals and game situations of both sports. Coaches will consist of current and former SMS Athletes as well as our SMS Coaches. 

Schedule: Volleyball Camp: 8:30am - 10:00am | Snack Break: 10:00am - 10:30am | Basketball Camp: 10:30am - 12:00pm

JUNIOR HIGH SCHOOL CAMP (Grades entering 6th-8th)

Tuesday, May 27th - Friday, May 30th   

This camp is for campers going into 6th through 8th grade in the Fall of 2025. It is designed to enhance skills, game strategy, prepare them for their middle school try-out and the opportunity to play volleyball in High School.  Coaches will consist of current and former SMS Athletes as well as our SMS Coaches.

HIGH SCHOOL CAMP (Grades entering 9th-12th): 

Tuesday, May 27th - Friday, May 30th   

The purpose of our High School camp is to begin the off-season process of building skills and relationships to strengthen our Raider Basketball Culture. The 4 days of camps will use time to work on physical skills and team building necessary for us to be one of the top basketball programs in the state. We are in the business of cultivating strong young women to be a part of something bigger than themselves as they work together to navigate life, academics and athletics. The cost of camp includes insurance, t-shirt, supplement for coaches for working camps, scrimmages, training for the summer.
