NEW ORLEANS TRIP EMAIL

Greetings HS & 8th Grade Band Families, 

I am sending this email as a final reminder to sign up your student for our New Orleans Spring 2026 HS band trip.  All current band students in grades 8-11 are eligible to participate in this trip.  

All students and chaperones must complete their online registration by Sept. 21st. Currently, we have WAIVED the $300 registration fee.  All registered participants will have until February 28, 2025 to pay their registration fees.

Many students have earned a substantial amount of funds through our fundraising efforts over this past year.  Those funds will be sent to UR Tours and applied to each individual account.  You will receive a notification once those have been applied to your trip account.
