The St. Marys Area Community Band is directed by Dane Newlove and performs during the summer months at several community events, as well as the "Hometown Christmas Celebration" held in December of each year. In 2023, the band commissioned a piece, "Erie Celebration" by composer Lisa Galvin to commemorate the 200th anniversary of St. Marys.
