The students in the St. Marys Band Program begin their study of instrumental music in the 5th grade at both West Intermediate School and Holy Rosary School.

In beginning band our goals are to teach basic technique for their band instrument; to have all students produce sound with good tone quality; and to have fun making music. After all, "Music is for a Lifetime" and we truly believe that here!

Beginning band students will perform two times throughout the school year. Once at the Cookie Concert in December and once at the Spring Concert in May. Click here to see the St. Marys Bands calendar for dates.
