In this elective, students will explore music through performance and the study of contemporary styles. They will develop their skills in both solo and group settings, while building confidence with their instrument or voice. Students will also listen to and analyse a range of music genres, learning how elements such as rhythm, melody, and harmony shape musical expression. Creativity and collaboration are central to this course, along with opportunities to compose and perform original music.
