bookings/lineitemsbybookingreference request

This request can be used to retrieve details of any bookings that have successfully been confirmed. The response will contain details of any mandatory extras that have been incorporated into the room cost, such as extra beds, cots and transfers.

booking_reference - the Smith booking ID as returned in the bookings/initiate and bookings/confirm responses
