Kim Britton is the CTE Secretary, dedicated to supporting both students and parents by managing essential communication between the compact schools. Kim coordinates busing and transportation requests, addresses any related issues, and organizes CTE visits. Additionally, Kim ensures that important CTE information is shared with the compact schools and keeps everyone informed by posting messages on ParentSquare.
Ann Cottrill serves as the SMF CTE Counselor, dedicated to assisting students in scheduling their classes at Stow and their compact school. She meticulously reviews and enters shared data from the other compact schools to ensure that all CTE students meet their grades, CTE credentials, and graduation requirements. Ann also maintains open communication with counselors from the other compact schools. Most importantly, her door is always open to students, offering guidance and support whenever needed.
Mr. Renner is dedicated to enhancing our career technical programs, ensuring that students gain the practical skills and knowledge needed to excel in their future careers. Mr. Renner works with the other five school districts within the compact to ensure student achievement within the career technical programs. He also works with the career technical instructors to foster partnerships with local industries and embrace innovative teaching methods to provide our students with a dynamic and relevant education that prepares them for the challenges and opportunities of the modern workforce or preparing them to further their education.
