Idineklara ng Malacañang ang suspensyon ng mga klase sa lahat ng antas sa iba’t ibang rehiyon ng Luzon at Visayas ngayong Linggo, Nobyembre 9.
Ito ay dahil sa rekomendasyon ng National Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Council (NDRRMC) at ang posibleng pinsalang dulot ng Super Typhoon Uwan (intl. name: Fung-wong).

Meanwhile, a low-pressure area (LPA) intensified into a tropical depression.
