Natalie Lamb is a Ph.D. student in Industrial–Organizational Psychology at Saint Louis University and an emerging consultant passionate about translating psychological science into practical organizational solutions. She holds a strong interest in applying psychological science to help organizations build more inclusive, effective, and human-centered workplaces. She holds a master’s degree in IO Psych and bachelor’s degrees in both Psychology and Applied Behavioral Science, with a minor in Business.
Natalie brings an evidence-based, practitioner-focused approach to organizational development, with experience supporting culture and climate assessment, inclusive leadership initiatives, and organizational change efforts. Her graduate training emphasizes translating research, data, and employee voice into clear, actionable insights that leaders can use to inform decisions and drive meaningful improvement. Her work focuses on helping organizations think more intentionally about how their systems, practices, and leadership behaviors shape employee experiences.
In addition to her consulting experience, Natalie holds several leadership roles at SLU and actively contributes to the professional I-O community. She currently serves on the board of the St. Louis Organization Development Network (STL-ODN), where she helps support a community that bridges research and practice and supports collaboration and learning, across the St. Louis region. Outside of her work, Natalie enjoys spending time with friends and family, watching the Kansas City Chiefs, and staying active.
