Ms. Coleman-Fry previously served as Senior Vice President and Chief Strategy Officer at U.S. Bancorp Impact Finance, where she led strategic planning, organizational impact measurement, employee engagement initiatives, and programs designed to advance inclusive and sustainable growth.
She also served as Vice President of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion and EEO officer at the Federal Reserve Bank of St. Louis, where she implemented enterprise-wide DEI strategies addressing workforce representation, organizational culture, and supplier diversity initiatives.
Her leadership experience also includes senior roles at Wells Fargo, where she designed and implemented inclusive leadership initiatives reaching thousands of employees and leaders across the organization.
