Training Content

Our training content is grouped into two categories. Organization-wide content contains topics that would be provided to everyone in the organization. It would include some basic and common modules (e.g., understanding bias, defining DEI). In addition, it would include some organization-specific hands-on small group work (e.g., Conducting Equity Audits). Leadership content contains topics that might be more focused on organizational leaders and/or those who lead DEI initiatives in the organization. These modules would assist in everything from starting a DEI program (e.g., DEI Strategic Planning, creating a DEI Committee) to rooting and institutionalizing the DEI program for sustainability (e.g., DEI and Change Management, DEI Metrics)
