Grief & Emotional Support During Uncertain Times

The past several years after Covid-19 has sadly brought on many forms of grief, however - families are often experiencing different forms of loss as it's part of life.  There are many forms of grief - emotional grief - the grief of losing expectations we once had, events we looked forward to, and changing connections with those we love. The past years have been a time of "loss" in many ways.

Below we have compiled some resources for grief. These resources may help with what words to say to support our children, how to support loved ones whom have experienced loss but we are unable to grieve with them physically because of the loss (there are tips of how to support from afar), and how to work through grief as adults. Additionally, you'll find some articles on the emotional grief one may experience during this time.

As always, should you need anything further, please contact your school counselor for more tailored support.
