The team have worked extremely hard during this time, the first couple of games went well getting scores such as 13-13. Although we were unable to attend a game, we pushed through for the last game. The motivation during this game was to work together and push through so we could hopefully progress to the second round. As a team we worked incredibly hard, the Captain Erin giving motivation to all, Ava, Millie and Freya getting loads of goals and everybody supporting one another so we could be successful.
The game ended at 25-03 to Trinity, our players of the match were : Freya , Millie and Bea. Winning this game meant that we have progressed through to the second round of the Scottish cup!

Taekwondo is a Korean martial art made by General Choi Hong Hi in the early 1940s. He was a founding member of the South Korean army, he taught different moves to soldiers to assist them in battle. Later a federation was created to organise the sport better.
Taekwondo in English means Foot Hand Arts.
When starting in taekwondo there is 3 levels: little active tiger, active tiger and UKTC. Each one is for a different age. Everyone in Trinity would join the UKTC group of taekwondo. Once you start in UKTC you will get a belt so people can tell your rank. There are 10 bills before you get to black belt and then there are 9 degrees of black belt. Once you become 7th degree black belt you become a master and once you become 9th, you are a grand master.
