Why Plan?

Taking time to plan, whether it be your day/week/month/year/life, is vital to ensuring you have a goal. Having a goal provides you with something to work towards. Having something to work towards provides motivation and a sense of accomplishment when achieved. These are key aspects of wellbeing and as such planning should not be undervalued.

Timetables

When you're at school, most of the time you follow a timetable - a sheet of paper with a structure of classes which tells you where to be and when. This is good for routine! When not at school, you might find you still require this routine but may not be as good at creating your own timetable. Well..
