Third Party Exchange
Advise the following for information on how to fulfill a warranty from one of our third party authorized vendors.
Thanks for viewing our site! We have two options for our customers to process a handle/motor exchange.
Standard Warranty: We will send you return instructions. You ship us back the defective handle for us to inspect and repair the handle. The current estimated wait time for us to review, repair, and return the shaver is 1 - 2 months.
Expedited Replacement: Under our expedited plan, you can get a handle replacement without returning the shaver. For a small fee you can get a new handle in 1 - 5 business days. If you would like to take advantage of this option or see the fee schedule, click here!
If you'd like to go forward with a standard warranty, please email us at cs@skullshaver.co.uk and provide us with your shipping address and we will get you return instructions for your shaver.
