You can access your subscriptions through your Skull Shaver account login at https://skullshaver.com/account. If you have not registered an account, you will need to create an account using the same email address used at checkout. Once your account is registered, you can login and access your Customer Portal by clicking on the "Manage Subscriptions" link.

View your Active Subscriptions by selecting the "Subscriptions" tab. Choose the subscription you would like to cancel. Scroll to the bottom of the Subscription details view, and click the "Cancel Subscription" link.

Yes, you can choose the subscription frequency that works best for you, anywhere from every week to every several months.

You can also view all scheduled upcoming shipments by choosing the "Upcoming Orders" from the menu towards the top of the page.

Yes, you can skip any subscription shipment or item, or schedule the specific date that you would like your next order to be processed.

Once your account is registered, access your Customer Portal by clicking on the "Manage Subscriptions" link.

If the item you are subscribed to is out of stock, your subscription order will not be placed and you will not be charged. If your shipment is skipped due to a lack of inventory, please reach out to our Customer Service team and we can work to find a suitable substitute product. 

Your subscription order will be billed at the scheduled next order date. The order will be billed, and when the payment is complete we will ship the subscription order within the next 1-2  business days. It works just like you were placing an order on our website, but happens automatically on the schedule that you choose.

Once logged in, you can see your upcoming shipments by selecting the "Upcoming Orders" section in the dropdown menu. From here you can also cancel, skip, or schedule a specific next order date.
