Merchandise may be returned for a full refund within 30 days of the date of purchase. If you are returning an item for a refund within 30 days, please ship back whatever you received with your original purchase to receive a full refund.
Items eligible for exchange under our manufacturer's warranty can be returned within 24 months. Details of our manufacturer's warranty can be found here:
These warranties only apply to purchases made from one of the authorized retailers listed below on or after January 1, 2017. We periodically update this list:

Returned goods must be sent to Post Office or another carrier within the time frame stated above. The company covers shipping costs for an exchange/refund during the first year (after the date of purchase) only. International customers must return merchandise at their own expense by a traceable method. Items returned after the deadlines stated above may be rejected for a refund or exchange by our customer service department. Shipping and handling charges for returned merchandise are non-refundable unless there was a shipping error on our part.
If you are returning an electric razor for repair or exchange, please return your razor handle ONLY (unless otherwise specified). The razor handle is the motor/battery that powers the device. We do NOT need you to return any razor blades, rinse holders, travel cases, charger or any other accessories you received. Skull Shaver EU, LTD is not responsible for these items if sent. We only replace the razor handle/motor/battery which is covered under warranty. Razor blades and accessories are not covered.
If exchanged, please allow an additional 5-7 business days to receive your item once our warehouse receives it. Once your item is received for a refund, it will take us 3-5 business days to resolve your return to your original method of purchase.
