It's free😉 (-> Part of your monthly rent)
The laundry room is near Nackstavägen 18C, on the right of that building.
You can book a room for 3 hours from the screen in the ground floor of your building or, for pros, directly at the laundry rooms.
You can also book laundry rooms online on Mina sidor - Mitthem AB.
There are 6 laundry rooms, all equipped with the same machines/dryers.
In your laundry room you have two washing mashines and two different dryers (one normal dryer and one drying cabinet)
You need your key tag to access it and open the door to the laundry room.
To open the door and book/cancel the laundry room you can use the screen there (when you enter the room you'll find it).
When you close the door to your laundry room, it will be locked from the outside (so you can leave your stuff inside and go to your apartment instead of staying there watching the machines for 3 hours). So don't forget the keys inside!😉
You can only book one room for the day.
You have to bring your own stuff for washing machines (like powder etc.)

Packages and Mail

Packages will (ideally) be delivered to the nearest post station and you will receive a letter from PostNord when and where you can pick up your package..

To send packages and letters you can get boxes and envelops and also stamps at your nearest post station, which is inside ICA. If you want to send a packet, it is usually cheaper to use an online service like EuroSender: https://www.eurosender.com .

Note: You can also use the PostNord-App to receive and track packages that are registered to you phone number or email address. However, this might only work with orders and not with packages from you friends or family.
