Clothes: Dress in Layers

● Fleece pullover or sweatshirt
● Field shirt (good for layering)

● Jacket - waterproof and breathable
Toiletries:
● Hand sanitizer
● Toothbrush
● Toothpaste
● Brush or comb
● Deodorant
● Hand towel or face towel
Camping Equipment & Supplies:
● Powerbank and charger for phone
● Kleenex
● Sleeping pad (up to two–but no egg-crate foam mattress toppers)
● Sleeping bag
● Pillow–small, travel size only
● Tent
● Tarp for under the tent
Field Gear:
● Sturdy walking/hiking shoes or boots–Waterproof
● Water bottle
● Notebook
● Clipboard
● Pencil or pen (or both in case one gets lost!)
● Flashlight or Headlamp
● Water bottle or water bladder
● Day hiking backpack
● Hand lens (if you have one)
● First aid kit
Recommended:
● Warm hat

● Survival whistle

● Small whisk broom for sweeping out tent
