Conclusion

In May 2023, I started my new job as a Senior Research Librarian at Enterprise Knowledge for the Defense Acquisition University, and I have been able to tailor my remaining class choices to learn and enhance the skill sets that were directly applicable to the work I was doing. I was able to see issues arise in my job and then learn how to creatively overcome them through different coursework.

I feel confident that I can create and manage any library’s website, using the technological skills I’ve learned and the knowledge of where to continue to learn to improve any website through enhancing the user experience.

Overall, I believe my exposure to the many different technologies, tools, and techniques I learned throughout each of the courses, helped expand my knowledge and skill-base to better serve my patrons as their librarian.
