In Solder Paste Inspection system, is utilized in the electronics manufacturing industry to ensure the quality and reliability of printed circuit board (PCB) assemblies. This system operates by employing high-resolution cameras positioned above the PCBs, capturing detailed images of the solder paste deposition on the pads. These images are then processed using advanced algorithms that analyze various aspects of the solder paste, such as volume, offset y, offset x, and alignment. The machine's data collection relies on the imaging technology and image processing algorithms, which extract, analyze, and store data pertaining to the solder paste inspection results. This data is then utilized for real-time feedback, process control, and quality improvement initiatives within the PCB assembly process. Utilizing SECS/GEM, TCP/IP, and APIs for connectivity, it enables direct data transfer from the machine to the database. Once received, the data undergoes preprocessing and is stored in JSON format within the database. Kibana, an integral component of the stack, accesses this stored data through tailored queries, generating visualizations and dashboards for comprehensive analysis.
