Dear Parents and Carers,

As you know MACSEYE will be commencing as our OSHC provider at the beginning of Term 3.

All children must be enrolled with MACSEYE to attend.

If you think your family may need OSHC at any time in the future, we encourage you to complete your MACSEYE enrolment before the end of term. Having an enrolment in place means you'll be ready if you need care in the future.

It’s easy to enrol:

1. Visit our school's MACSEYE OSHC webpage:

2. Click the green "Enrol now" button and complete the online enrolment form.

Please complete a separate enrolment form for each child who may require care.
